Sarah Jégou-Sageman trained in Paris and Berlin with Boris Garlitsky and Philippe Graffin. In October 2022, thanks to the support of the Safran Foundation and the Fondation Gautier Capuçon , she continued her training in the class of Mihaela Martin at the prestigious Kronberg Academy.
Winner of several international competitions – including the second prize in the Ginette Neveu competition in 2017 – she received advice from renowned musicians, especially Daniel Barenboim and Leonidas Kavakos. She performs regularly in France and Europe in prestigious venues, including the Fondation Louis Vuitton in Paris and the Victoria Hall in Geneva with the Seji Ozawa Academy.
Sarah performs regularly in chamber music with Rodolphe Menguy (piano) and Joséphine Besançon (clarinet), but also with experienced partners such as Marie-Josèphe Jude or François Salque. She collaborates with contemporary composers (Philippe Manoury, Jörg Widmann…). In 2022, she participated in the summer tour of the West-Eastern Divan Orchestra, a symphony orchestra symbolic of the Israeli-Palestinian reconciliation process.
At the CNSMD in Paris, Sarah is pursuing a diploma in performance. Open to diverse knowledge, she is also studying literature at the Sorbonne nouvelle. She is involved in multi-artistic projects that combine music with circus arts and theater.
