TAX BENEFITS

In return for their donation, donors who declare their taxes in France benefit from tax reductions:

FOR INDIVIDUALS

66% of the amount of the donation to be deducted from income tax
75% of the amount of the donations to be deducted from the tax on real estate wealth
A 100% exemption from transfer duties

FOR COMPANIES

60% of the amount of donations to be deducted from corporate income tax

European and American patrons who wish to support the work of the Gautier Capuçon Foundation while benefiting from the tax advantages provided for by the legislation of their country of residence can make their donation through:

partner foundations in 20 countries grouped within the “Transnational Giving Europe” network

FOR AMERICAN DONORS

the non-profit association “Friends of Fondation de France” under American law
