Nour Ayadi was born in Morocco and began playing the piano at the age of 6. She was admitted to the CNSMD in Paris at the age of 17 in the class of Claire Désert and to the École normale de musique Alfred Cortot. Three years later, Nour was awarded the prestigious Cortot Prize.
This distinction gave her the opportunity to perform in several prestigious festivals, including the International Piano Festival of La Roque d’Anthéron, the Folles Journées de Nantes, the Glafsforden Musik Festival in Sweden, the Chopin-Nohant Festival, and the Solistes à Bagatelles.
Nour has also performed in prestigious concert halls in Vienna (Musikverein), Flagey (Brussels), Paris (Salle Cortot, La Seine musicale, Auditorium de Radio France…). She has collaborated with the orchestra of the Massy Opera, the Walloon Chamber Orchestra, the Wiener Kammerorchester and the Orchestre de Paris.
In 2020, she recorded her first CD, featuring works by Robert and Clara Schumann and Igor Stravinsky. Today, Nour is supported by the Fondation Banque Populaire, the Lieven Piano Foundation and the Villecroze Music Academy.
Nour is pursuing a diploma as a performer at the CNSMD in Paris as well as a master’s degree at the Haute école de musique de Genève in the class of Nelson Goerner. As an artist in residence at the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel, she is supported by Frank Braley and Avedis Kouyoumdjian.
In parallel to her career as a soloist, Nour has a master’s degree in public policy from Sciences Po Paris.
